Is 'More' Always Better? 🤔 Not when it's a fear-based behaviour.

More is NOT always better.
I see it all the time—MORE practices, MORE games, MORE travelling, MORE private coaching.
What's the return on investment?
I'm a 2x Olympian and Mental Toughness Coach and I often ask my clients this:
"Are you doing MORE because you WANT to or because you are afraid NOT to?"
Pretty sure you can guess what their answer is.
And I've noticed athletes aren't the only ones caught in this FEAR; it affects parents and coaches too.
Here's the thing...When MORE becomes a fear-based behaviour, the return on investment is LOW.
We must pay attention when “doing more” is a REACTION to fear.
And if your athlete wants to have a higher ROI, why not invest in the MIND game?
Mental Toughness is an ADVANTAGE few are taking ADVANTAGE of.
My website has everything you and your athlete need to handle FEAR.
CHANGE DOESN'T TAKE TIME.
IT TAKES COURAGEOUS ACTION.
