Fear or Courage? Which voice speaks first?

Your athlete is listening to the WRONG voice.

Every athlete has two voices.

One speaks with FEAR:

  • What if I’m not good enough?

  • What if I fail?

  • What if I mess up again?

The other speaks with COURAGE:

  • I’ve got this.

  • I can handle it.

  • I've done the reps, I’m prepared.

The problem? Most athletes let the WRONG voice lead...

And FEAR is LOUD.

But COURAGE can be LOUDER — once athletes learn to tap into it.

It's time for your athletes to tell their voice of fear to SHUT UP, and hand the microphone to their VOICE OF COURAGE.

Because when athletes lead with courage, EVERYTHING changes...

  • Confidence

  • Performance

  • Results

I’m a 2x Olympian and Mental Toughness Coach and I host team workshops to help athletes do exactly that.

Let's go!

CHANGE DOESN'T TAKE TIME.

IT TAKES COURAGEOUS ACTION.
