We all have two voices.
The VOICE of FEAR says:
-
Play it safe.
-
Don't make mistakes.
-
What will others think?
-
What if I fail?
The VOICE of COURAGE says:
-
Take the risk.
-
Embrace discomfort.
-
Trust yourself.
-
What's possible if I try?
Both voices show up in athletes, parents, and coaches.
The question isn't whether you hear them.
It's which voice makes the decisions.

The voice of fear is LOUD.
It's BOSSY.
-
Athletes doubt themselves, worry about making mistakes, feel pressure, and question their abilities.
-
Parents worry about their athlete, want to protect them from disappointment, and struggle to know what to say when things aren't going well.
-
Coaches question their decisions, worry about results, feel pressure from parents, and struggle to lead confidently.

I've spent more than 30 years coaching athletes and developing leaders in high-performance sport.
I've worked with Olympians, World Cup competitors and National Champions, but my greatest passion is helping everyday athletes, parents, and coaches navigate the emotional storms of sport and life.
And that starts with learning to quiet the voice of fear and strengthen the voice of courage.
