Coachable vs compliant? What's the difference? I posted about this topic a while ago (click here to see it) and have been asked to do a follow-up, so here we go. The goal is to grow athletes to be creative leaders, thinkers, and problem solvers. If that's true, the coach needs to shift from the SAGE ON THE STAGE to the GUIDE ON THE SIDE.
