COACH THE COACHES
The art is harder than the science.
Coaching and leadership isn’t easy; it’s much more than attending a clinic or earning certification. If it was easy, everyone would be great at it.
Coaching is rewarding yet challenging, and it can feel overwhelming to know all there. The science is easier than the art, and the difficulty of the art is what separates good from great.
I coach coaches from all sports. Allow me to journey along side and shift you from good to great, so you can show up as your Best Self.

THE ART OF COACHING
Refine your art.
Coaching is rewarding yet challenging, and it can feel overwhelming to know all there is to know about being a high performing coach. The science is easier than the art, and the difficulty of the art is what separates good from great. I guide, help fill the gaps and build great coaches.
The Art of Coaching helps coaches learn, understand and implement the subtleties, the nuances that are not taught in coaching clinics or coach training programs. I teach coaches to see the game and themselves in way they have never seen before. They take a walk inside and awaken. This awakening changes them and their athletes, forever.
There are 4 coaching sessions, delivered with Zoom. Each session includes handouts with deep, rich content and assignments to help apply the concepts. After filling out a brief questionnaire, coaches are invited to follow my lead during the 4 sessions and/or tackle a specific topic. I'm there to guide the way with text and email support.
Timelines are adapted to the coaches schedule. It takes 4-8 weeks to complete the program.
I coach coaches from all sports, from beginner to advanced. To make it cost effective, sessions include a group of 1-10 coaches. Allow me to help you shift from good to great.
